Unfortunately, as each piece is custom, they are not eligible for return. We hope you love your piece and if there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do anything we can to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns at any time. Your purchase completion binds you to this agreement in full. If you have any issues within 30 days of receiving your piece, please do not hesitate to contact us right away. We will do everything we can to correct any flaw.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items through your preferred shipping method. Your custom bag will be insured and have to be signed for to recieve. Please make proper arrangements to receive your package. Please note that it can take a few hours or even 1-2 days for shippers to update tracking information.
Before shipping out your item, Zavala Bespoke reserves the right to photograph and use our photos of your piece. If you have any objections to this, please reach out.
This mockup is an approximation of what your finished custom bag will look like. Zavala Bespoke reserves the right to slightly alter color, size or placement of your painting if necessary but will keep it as exact to the mock-up as possible.
