Our Design Process
With proper care, your custom painting will be able to be enjoyed for years to come. Each piece is primed, prepped and sealed. What that means is that each painting is applied onto the primed surface of your piece. We use a professional grade leather paint that is able to bend without cracking. Then, the seal is reapplied to the piece to ensure its longevity. These steps make your wearable art durable.
Cleaning your piece varies on material. If you ever have any questions, please reach out to Zavala Bespoke for personalized directions on how to clean your painting. No matter the material, never use abrasive materials on your paintings. We recommend spot cleaning your paintings on an as needed basis. You can clean your leather products with a gentle leather cleaner. Once you clean your area, then simply wipe away any excess cleaner and enjoy. Repeat as needed.
Due to Covid-19, hand sanitizer has become an everyday staple. Many sanitizers have chemicals that are staining materials like Louis Vuitton canvas. Please be very cognizant of this and refrain from getting sanitizer on your bags or paintings.
Your piece is guaranteed for 30 days after receiving. We hope you love your piece and if there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do anything we can to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to correct any flaw. If you have any issues with your painting, meaning anything from long term wear and tear to damage (like sanitizer), please reach out! We are happy to discuss restoring your piece and repairing any damage. We stand by the integrity of each design, but in the unlikely event that your painting is damaged, we are more than happy to assist in any way possible.
Shipping your bag cross-country (or internationally) doesn’t have to be scary! We know that it can feel intimidating to ship your lovely pieces, but we take every precaution to make sure they get from the Zavala Bespoke studio to your home. Zavala Bespoke is not liable for any items that have been shipped to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure items are covered by sender’s or carrier’s insurance. Please send us an email once you've put your piece in the mail so we know that it's on its way, and we’ll reach out to let know when we’ve received it.
Unless otherwise specified, all pieces shipped from Zavala Bespoke will require a signature so that we can add one additional layer of security. You will be notified once your item ships and will be given the tracking information so you know when to expect your package. If you have any questions about shipping, please reach out.
